Brief Answer:
Continue with the 3 tablets.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing to me.
The mild spotting that you're having can be due to a break through bleeding. This cannot be considered as a normal period. Do continue with rest of the three tablets. After you stop taking it then you will have your proper period. After a break of 7 days you can start with the next pack.
Hope this answer is helpful.

Thanks for your reply Dr. Yes, yesterday was my 20th tablet in 21 day course and saw little blood discharge mixed with my white discharge while urinating thrice and today morning once its very little amount though. What is break through bleeding Dr is this normal for anyone after polypectomy and after having intimacy plus 3 kind of contraceptive pills for the first time? I am afraid i might have not got another polyp right?

Brief Answer:
Not related to polyp removal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The breakthrough bleeding happens due to mild hormonal changes in the body during the cycle. This is not related to polyp. This can happen if you are taking the pills for the first time. Having a new polyp so soon after a polypectomy is highly unlikely. No need to worry.
Usually it stops on its own in 2-3 days.
Stay cool.

Brief Answer:
Mild spotting is not your period.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The little blood that you are seeing is a breakthrough bleeding only. This is not your period. After taking the pill, the bleeding during the period also decreases slightly. But it is best to wait for next few days and let your period start.
Stay calm. Nothing to be worried about. Such mild hormonal changes are very common and do not indicate any serious problem.
