Hi I Have Noticed These Two Very Small Bumps/spots On

Question: Hi
I have noticed these two very small bumps/spots on my vagina and I am just wondering what they could be. I have been in contact on here before regarding another matter on vaginal health as it gives me real anxiety and was told I had prominent glands.
Could the spots/lumps in question be HPV/warts?
Are they anything serious?
I do feel my vagina is quite bumpy and have been quite a few times to get things checked out personally but as these look like just two single bumps I have started to worry

Also, when I pull the surrounding skin the spots in question stretch out and appear flatter

Brief Answer:
Just a prominent gland.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen all the attached images. The small bumps that you have marked are likely to be prominent glands only. The vaginal walls are stretchable and are thus full of rugosities. This does not look like a HPV lesion. You can also get your blood test done to confirm the same.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

I also read on the internet if you put vinegar on the spot. If it turns white it indicates a wart. I did this and the spots did not go white

Will a blood test confirm HPV?

Brief Answer:
Your lesions are not warts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Putting vinegar can cause a change in colour of the wart. The lesions you have mentioned do not look like warts. For diagnosis of HPV, only cervical smear can help. Blood test can help in ruling out other genital infections.
Hope my answer is helpful.
