Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

You are having increased wbc in urine which means that you are having an urinary tract infection.
Uroculture may be needed and the treatment depends on the results of its results.
Also you are having increased lymphocyte which is a sign of infection.
The ALT is slightly, not significantly, increased.
This may be caused by the drugs you are currently taking. An isolated increased ALT is not significant for liver function.
I recommend retesting ALT levels after a month.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
