Detailed Answer:
Hi Anthonyxouri,
Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
I have seen the pictures you have sent...there seems to be no rash on hands..except for dryness.
Itching in the night can be from various causes...but itch at the sites, at night suggest following things to me..
It can be due to dryness of skin/Allergy to draping material/anaemia/early stage of scabies or atopic dermatitis./possible liver or kidney disorder/anemia or thyroid problem/stress or depression .Bugs like bed bus, lice or pin worms need to be excluded by self observation or doctor's help & investigations as per need.
*Self help..
-have a good bath with warm water & use moisturiser before bed./Drink sufficient water throughout day...but not much in night(it may cause frequent urination&disturbed sleep./avoid sweating.
-Cleanliness /disinfection of bed, linen&blankets is essential every week.(expose them ..is best way)
-Use cotton material for cloths&bedding.
-Room cleanliness &taking care of bugs needs to be done..Use of mosquito repellents..if needed.
-Can use surfaz sn skin cream at the site of itching. take oral anti allergic like Avil at night.(both available over the counter)..till you can approach doctor.
*Get examined by your family physician for primary evaluation of your health...with needful investigations &specific medicines /Refferal to a skin specialist.
I hope that helps.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Anthonyxouri,
Thank you for the follow up query.
*Early symptoms of scabies are..
-History of skin to skin contact with patient./history of sharing bed or clothes of a patient.
Itching which gets severe to unbearable during night time.Mostly seen in body folds or webs.It is an allergic reaction to mite's entry &activity of burrowing in skin
In few days itching gets severe..
spreads in all the folds of body, slowly the scabies mite burrows in skin in form of small tubercles...which may get inflammed&secondarily infected as disease progresses
*Treatment consists of application of antiscabiesointment to complete body below neck after a through bath with scrubbing...avoid ointment entering in mouth or eyes.
Management of clothes&bed ,draw sheets or blankets by restricting used clothes ,& disinfecting all
of them , after 3-5days application of ointment by boiling with sodabicarb ,washing throughly &drying in sunlight.
In case of no relief/relapse of symptoms...treatment of whole family at a time is needful.
* In resistant cases parenteral injectable specific medicine can be prescribed by skin specialist along with local treatment&needful antibiotic prescribtion-.Consult a skin specialist.
This way meticulous treatment would free you from the problem.
I hope that helps. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
