Brief Answer:
You can take drysol 20% topical solution would be effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thank you for choosing healthcare magic. Sweating of feet and palms occurs as the following :
1) primary hyperhidrosis : here, cause is not known.
2) secondary hyperhidrosis : it occurs as a result of the following conditions :
Thyroid dysfunction
Diabetes mellitus
Few infections
The following are few treatment options :
1) prescription anti perspirant like drysol 20% topical solution can be applied to dry skin before going to bed. Please wash your skin after you wake up.
2) Wipes soaked in glycopyrronium tosylate (Qbrexza) may ease symptoms of the hands, feet and reduce sweating
3) If your sweating is due to anxiety, antidepressants would help decrease sweating
4)botulinum toxins
5) In extreme cases, sweat glands removal can be done.
6) sympathectomy is removal of small part of spinal nerve that causes excessive sweating in hands and feet.
Hope I have answered your question. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you. Take care.
