Question: Hi Dr

I am feeling too much tired now a days, sometimes I feel like I don't have energy in my legs and even though sleeping for more than 8hrs it feels like i haven't slept for 2hrs...sometimes eyes burn n mild headaches... unable to have food properly eventhough starving....get sweats not too much without doing anything....

There are different causes of being that fatigued, sweating too much, and having a headache.
Iron deficiency anemia, low thyroid can be the causes for it.
You may need to do some examinations like total blood count with formula, biochemical blood balance and thyroid balance.
