Question: Hi Doctor,
Seeking suggestions for ANABOLIC STEROID.
I have started weight training some 3 months back. I used to train 2 years back, then my body weight was somewhere around 71KG.
Right now, I am weighing at 85KG.
My height is 5'8" and age is 28, having no physical illness, having no bad habits of consuming alcohol or smoking. I neither drink nor smoke.
My query is that I have started Weight training with the guidance of a personal trainer and following a strict diet plan, hit GYM 5 times a week.
But, to my utter XXXXXXX the body of mine is not all responding, I am not building any single cm of muscles. This kind of result is absolutely frustrating and demotivating. Having said that I have been providing the required all the necessary micro, macronutrients and resting to the body.
My sincere efforts are not yielding to result, which makes me believe that the body is needing ANABOLIC steroid and HGH.
So, I would request you to provide the guidance with the aforementioned queries.
Awaiting your response!
With Warm Regards!

Brief Answer:
about difficulty in losing weight;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your query.
In a patient that has difficulty to loose weight dispite appropriate diet and physical activity, some pathologies that are associated with weight gain should be exluded.
An underactive thyroid or a low testosterone level are the most common causes at a male of your age.
An over production of cortisol by adrenal glands can also be a cause but usually is associated with other symptoms (high blood pressure, high blood sugar ect ).
So before suggesting to start anabolic steroid i would suggest to see a physician who will exclude / confirm the above mentioned pathologies.
Will be a pleasure to help you further.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta

Hi,

Since you were so confident that my thyroid and testosterone might have been low as you said in your previous answer.

I have uploaded the report. Please, go through it.
Give the reasons as well as the genuine suggestion of my previous asked query.

Brief Answer:
The possible online answer for your query;

Detailed Answer:
Hi again Sir,
As far as i can understand from your query, you wanted to find out the cause of weight gain and difficulty to build muscles, right?
Would you please tell me how can an online doctor find it except of ruling out pathologies that are manifested with these symptoms????
At this point a detailed clinical examination and further examinations are needed to find out your pathology.
Regarding to anabolic steroids, unfortunately they are considered drug abuse in medicine and are not allowed to be prescribed by a physician.

If my answers are not upto your satisfaction, you are free to ask for refund.

Hi,
Brief Question: Lack of Expertise.

Details Questions:
1-Have you gone the report, which I have uploaded? What did you find there?

2-What more kind of tests would like to need to suggest more rule out in difficulty in weight loss(belly fat) and build muscle?

3-Your very first answers are proven to be irrelevant in my case. I will also upload the Serum Cortisol Report, which is also in the normal range.

5-What do you mean by saying "At this point, a detailed clinical examination and further examinations are needed to find out your pathology.".Please, elaborate it further.

6- Why the body is not building the Muscle despite following the strict diet and trainer guidance, Keeping Testo, Thyroid, Cortisol serum is in the normal range.

This is the primary question of mine.

Hope, you'll give details suggestions.

Brief Answer:
Lack of gratitude;

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
1)Of course i have gone through the reports, as you have seen fortunately the thyroid function and free testosterone are within the normal levels.
2) Other pathologies that might need to be excluded depend on physcial examination (the presence of abdominal striae, round and red face, XXXXXXX neck, high blood pressure, symptoms of depression, take a detailed history of your diet suggested by your personal trainer ect).
3) Until now i haven't given any answer, i have just suggested to rule out the most common pathologies that cause weight gain. I do not understand what do you find irrelevant here???? Did you want to know the causes of difficulty in losing weight? And than you find the answer irrelevant??
5) It means that i can not say you are healthy without seeing the patient.
6) If there are clinical signs strongly suggesting for pathologies (some of them mentioned above) more test may be suggested (dexametasone suppression test, Growth hormone level).
This is the second question of yours, because during the first question you didn't know that your thyroid, testosterone and cortisol were normal. The first question was why i do not lose weight gain muscles. Right?
Wish i gave detailed questions.
Regards.

Hi again,

Let us discuss these things, I would go every possible test and I am damn sure all results would be positive, that would be in the normal range.

As I have tested it some 6 month ago that all my reports were tends to be nomal.

In that case, what would be your answer?

we would discuss very minute details from starting form AR gene to Atp.
Since you are so very much over confident that all my test report would not be normal. I would upload one by one let%E2%80%99s see how much you know.

Still you have not answered my primary questions.

we would discuss hormone and genertics all.

As i am not getting answer, receiving some stupid and irrelevant test which are not necessary here.

Quote the study with details about the recomended test. first you said thyroid and then you are saying something different. My depreession levels, my serum cortisol are also in normal range.Blood sugar, Insulin, growth hormone, obesity test, steroid, dihydrotestosterone, serum estrogen, heart function, lipid profile, liver functions, pitutary imagaing , hypothalamus gland function. Everythings are in normal range.

Primary question are:

Diffuclty in build muscle and lose fat.

Brief Answer:
Difficulty in loosing weight in a person without other pathologies:

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
As every pathology blamed until now by the science to cause weight gain and difficulty in gaining muscles is excluded (taking into consideration you affirmation) , all you can do is keep training.
Unfortunately the science has arrived until here for an overweight patient.
If you were obese, anti-obesity treatment might be discussed.
As there is not even insulin resistance, you can not take metformine that would have helped in decreasing insuline levels and improve the belly fat.
At least try to keep normal VIt D levels.
The final answer; You have a genetic predisposition for a low metabolism. Unfortunately you need to suffer more than others to maintain BMI under 25.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta

Hi,

My Question wasn%E2%80%99t obesity, obesity treatment.

I have quoted my weight, height, age, so, it is you to calculate, wherher I am obese or not.

My question main part was based on body in ability to gain miscle despite, all the posible parameters like Hormone( Testosterone, Thyroid, Insulin, HGH, Steroid etc) are in normal range.

Having been mentioned already that my diet are planned by a certified deitician. Training has been monitored by certified personal trainer.
Still the muscle are not visible the only things, which i am noticing is slight increases in stamina and little bit of harder muscle. The proturbance of abdominal muscle, increase fat in abdomen, getting love handle, increasing lower stomach fat are the things which have been noticing by me.

Those aforementioned are my main query. I am seeking medical help to correct them.

As body%E2%80%99s inablity to form muscle at my age is a masoe concer for me despite living a healthy lifestyle and investing so much of valuable time and money into it. Unfortunately not getting the desired result, which I was expecting.

Hence, The very last and proven and know option which have been used by professional body builder since ages are HGH, Anabolic Steroid, External Testosterone.

Therefore, I am request you to guide me reagrding the same interms of Hormone, Genetic how to enhance the body abilitu to form muscle tissue.

What would be the possible causes, treatments, of my age. Having no bad habbit, depression, or physical probelms untill now.

I hope, this time you won%E2%80%99t be arrogant and give ony genuine medical expert like suggestions.

Best Regards

Brief Answer:
About muscle mass increase;

Detailed Answer:
Unfortunately, no genetic therapy is invented until now (in my knowledge) to modify the genomic part responsible for muscle building. So talking about genes is not worthy as far as you can not modify them!
I would suggest not to spend your time and money with medical consultations ( if really all the above mentioned pathologies are excluded) because no medical doctor will suggest you to use testosterone or anabolic steroids or growth hormone to increase the muscle mass.
All you will hear from the medical doctors is; keep eating healthy (proteinic diet) and keep training with a personal trainer for months or years (probably using anabolic steroids ect. have helped you to bulid muscles faster) to achieve the desired result.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
