Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You require detailed evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through your query. So in your age group there can eb many reason for lethargy and fatigue and body pains. Some of these reasons are
1. Anemia: low hemoglobin due to iron deficiency
2. Thyroid disorders
3. Liver dysfunction
4. Sometimes diabetes.
You require a detailed clinical examination followed by few tests like
complete blood counts, iron profile, thyroid liver function test and tests for diabetes.
Hope you understand.
Please revert back with the tests.
Thanks and regards
