Question: Hello this is for dr Sharka .. I started having pain and aches in both arms from shoulder to elbow .. as well as burning no other symptoms oxygen is good heart rate is normal do u think this can be cardiac related please advise

Fibromyalgia seems to be the main cause of your complaints.
I would recommend checking also inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR) and vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency.

My st depressions I have had before and most of my ecg say non spacific st wave abnormalities I have done last year ecg echo stress test am I in immediate danger
