Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear There,

Your symptoms are suggestive of temporo-mandibulary joint inflammation. Nothing serious!

I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation.

I don’t think that this is anything serious!

Your low blood pressure is probably related to dehydration or bisoprolol.

I recommend taking plenty of water and have some rest.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Brief Answer:
There is no reason to panic.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX ,

These spikes in heart rate could be related to physical activity or an artifact due to body movements.

Anyway, there is no reason to panic, as you didn't feel any palpitations or shortness of breath.

There is no reason to worry about!

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
