Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are less likely to be related to the heart, considering the fact that there is no shortness of breath, no changes in your vital parameters.

From the other hand the sharp pain is not typical of cardiac disease, but more indicative of a musculoskeletal pain.

So, just relax and don’t worry about it!

I recommend taking magnesium supplements and ibuprofen to help against inflammation.

No cardiac tests are needed.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further questions!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Anxiety seems to play an important role in your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I understand your concern and would explain that anxiety may mimic this clinical situation. As your heart rate is normal, there is no reason to panic.

There is no specific changes in your resting ECG.

Anyway, performing a prolonged cardiac monitoring in order to determine your heart rhythm trends and determine if you need to take this betablocker more often.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Brief Answer:
I think this is an artifact.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX I think that you should have felt some palpitations or shortness of breath during this episode of tachycardia if it was real.

So, I believe that this is a technical artifact of the Apple Watch. Of course the cardia strip would register it if it was present.

Anyway, the chest pain triggered by manual pressure is typical of costochondritis or musculoskeletal pain.

There is nothing to worry about!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know about everything!

Regards,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I think that this could be gastritis or acid reflux.

Fibromyalgia may mimic this clinical situation too.

Anyway I would exclude any relation to the heart.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
