Brief Answer:
It may be due to high dose amoxicillin!!!

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

All the medications you are taking right now, have been reviewed by me in detail to see any possible drug drug interactions causing the issue. But there is not even a single drug-drug interaction that may be bothersome and may need a revise the medications you are taking already.

Now coming to the newly introduced medicine for you -Amoxicillin-.
There is no known side effect that may change the color of the urine and feces at the same time. But it may cause diarrhea and clostridium difficile bacterial colitis (colon infection).

In my expert opinion you have got the problem due to dehydration, and the symptoms of urinary and fecal color change may also be contribute by high dose of antibiotics. Sometimes patients subjectively misperceive the colors of stools and feces as being problematic but in reality it isn't like that. In this case pictures can be helpful (well lit and good resolution).

Did your treating physician went for some Urine culture or sensitivity testing before prescribing you amoxicillin?? If he did the test; spare some time to upload the reports.

We may review your antibiotic and this issue will be solved with replacement prescription antibiotics for you.

Start Pedialyte and Cranberry juice without sugar--it is best for the UTI.

Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion. Please don't forget to give Five Star rating to help me assist my patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to 'Close This Discussion'.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is very necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change the treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in the start of your questions at this forum & I will be with you in no time).
