Brief Answer:
HSG report is abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about HSG test report.

Following is my reply:

1) HSG test report is abnormal.

2) It shows damaged left fallopian tube which is also swollen ( hydrosalpinx).

3) Such fallopian tubes are unhealthy and are reasons for not being able to conceive.

4) Right fallopian tube appears normal.

5) There are adhesions ( meaning stuck walls) of cervix which impairs sperms from going into womb.

6) Overall HSG report seems abnormal and the reason for infertility.

7) Get hysterolaparoscopy done to further confirm these diagnoses.
