Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Diet changes are very important in improving menopausal symptoms and especially hot flashes. Increasing phytoestrogens in your diet will improve estrogen levels . They can be found in soybeans, chickpeas, peanuts, flax seeds, barley, grapes, berries, plums etc.
Also you can take Omega 3 supplement or take foods which contain Omega 3 like salmon, mackerel flax seeds, chia seeds etc . Omega-3 is also important in improving hot flashes and heart health.
You can have dairy products in moderation since your cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL are high or choose low fat dairy products.
Dairy products contain calcium, phosphorus vitamin d which are very important for your bones.
Also take many fruits and vegetables which contain plenty of vitamins and water .
Also choose whole grains which have more fibers which can improve intestinal function.
Hope I have answered the question.

Is there any way that you can send me a list of things that will help me because I'm truly struggling with this and I desperately need to lose weight? I have no clue about what's acceptable to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Especially since I have high cholesterol, prediabetes, hypothyroidism and high blood pressure so I'm trying hard to get myself in better shape. I'm 5'1 and weight 160 , I have got to lose the weight because I already have a little plague in my carotid artery as well. Please help. Thanks

I just received my covid test results back because I had covid in February 5, 2022 to be exact but I really don't know what these results mean. Can you tell me? If you are always on the go and you had to have a company deliver food to you based on my medical conditions what company would you choose? Should I focus on High protein low carb or what when I speak to them? Thanks for your patience...

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
You can feel free to upload the covid19 test results in order that I can interpret them for you.
If you ask for a deliver food company it is better if you ask for Mediterranean diet with low fat and full of vegetables and fruits, moderate protein levels and complex carbohydrates. Mediterranean diet is known to be the best one for people having increased blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar.
