Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Thrombocytopenia or a decreased platelet count is a common hematologic finding with variable clinical presentations.

Kindly share your clinical history and symptoms in detail.
Do you have symptoms like easy bruising, prolonged bleeding from wounds, rash, gum bleeding, etc
(in addition to fatigue and weight loss)?

Kindly visit your clinician as a correct identification is of utmost importance.
This requires a detailed history and clinical examination.
The doctor would look for pallor, presence of rash and an enlarged spleen.
He would go for some blood work like hemolysis markers -LDH, Serum bilirubin, etc.
Later on a bone marrow aspiration cytology and biopsy might be indicated.

For the time being, you can increase the intake of foods rich in vitamin K like raisins, papaya, banana, lean meat, green leafy vegetables.
Increase the intake of milk and milk products.
Keep yourself well hydrated and avoid minor day to day trauma.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Thrombocytopenia

Detailed Answer:
Hello...

Have gone through your reports.

Your platelets count is 1.14 lakh per microlitre of blood.
This figure is not very low and scary.
An immunological etiology has been ruled out by negative ANA.

Your viral marker for Hepatitis B is positive.
Kindly see a hepatologist for further evaluation and management.
