Question: Hello Doctor,

My name is Anupriya. I am trying to reach out to you regarding the health issue I am going through. It all started from with Hip pain in 2016, July. But in September 2017 like 2 years back things became very serious, I live in US, and I did not travel anywhere outside the country. All of a sudden, I started having nerve pain in my entire body back then, I felt so weak that I could not even get up from my bed. My husband had to take me to the bathroom, I even had sleepless nights. The condition was so severe, I had to visit the emergency room there they just gave steroid and asked me to go see Primary care who did not go over the root cause of my situation. I also visited Neurologist who advised me to take Gabapentin. I have taken that medicine but it seems not resolving the issue.

I still have pain in my body. Even now also I keep having this pain in my body, what I could experience all this pain is on my right side, looks like body is parted in to 2 sections, right side being the bad and left side is normal. Every doctor I visit no one is able to give me any diagnosis for this. I feel my entire right side is heavy as compared to my left side. I was also told back in September 2017 my blood test shows SED rate has elevated to 41 when normal being under 20. This value for SED rate keeps fluctuating but this never go down to normal range.

Nowadays, the pain which started in the hip has increased to the entire right side, I feel heaviness in my head and also having very bad headache constantly. The pain is in my right side as well. Sometimes it pains so bad that I feel nauseated or vomiting sensation. My recent blood test shows I have low platelet count which is 114. I am also loosing weight without doing anything and I have moved down from 145 lb to 118 lb. Every doctor I ask nobody knows what is the issue they keep on giving me tests. I have done CT scan of my head which is negative.

I will upload my blood test result soon. Please advise Doctor what shall I do as I am 30 yrs old and I am loosing the essence of my life, I am always in stress due to all this things.
