Question: Hello 48 ur old women dr Sharka I am having since yesterday on and off pain like and ache in my jaw area as well as one pain in lower jaw does not travel my blood pressure is normal heart rate is normal oxygen is normal have a slight headache just wondering if I should be concerned about cardiac I do have trace mitral and tricuspid regurgitate

Thank u one last question my blood pressure at night is low 87/71 someone told me that I should be checked for congestive heart failure because my pulse pressure is low I did 2 stress tests last year and I did ecg loop and echo this year I guess with this reading it was like 16 mg but I don’t have symptoms other than palpitations at time should I be worried
