Thanks for posting your query.
The nerve root compression, disc bulge and the radiculopathy that you have are due to degenerative changes in the spine related to age or recurrent injury in the area of neck. All the symptoms that you have are due to nerve root compression.
Treatment includes
1. Use of cervical collar helps in immobilisation and brings relief.
2. Medical drugs like pain killers - acetaminophen/ibuprofen and muscle relaxants might be helpful.
3. Methylcobalamin supplements are also recommended for nerve compression symptoms.
4. Cervical isometric exercises are beneficial to maintain the strength of the neck muscles. Neck and upper back stretching exercises, as well as light aerobic activities, also are recommended under the guidance of a physical therapist.
5. Hot fomentation helps in relieving acute symptoms.
6. You can avoid using a pillow.

I hope this answers your query.

Thanks for writing again.
The problem you have is affecting many vertebrae and is not likely to be due to the fall, you had in 2011. This is more likely to be due to a degenerative change in the spine.
The normal nerve testing means there is no nerve injury involved. There is only a compression at the nerve root causing the symptoms. You need to follow the advise of your neurologist for relief.
Hope my answer is helpful.
