Brief Answer:
Need investigations&specific treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Minsksal,
Thanks for your query. I have read it &following are my suggestions.
* When one has loose motions...certain dietary restrictions need to be followed....Have sufficient boiled water through out day./Use of ORT powder . should be used mixed with water...(this helps in preventing dehydration&keeps electrolytes well balanced)/Low recidual food would be preferred. (boiled rice, sago pudding with less of milk, butter milk, tea, coffee with less milk ,)
Avoid over exertion /stress.
Fruit diet would increase motions due to excess fiber content.Similarly vegetables, salads with more fibers are to be restricted.
* You said, you have TSH problem....this indicates high or low thyroid hormone...both of these can lead to loose motions. So my first suggestion would be to check with laboratory testing for thyroid function test...& start getting specific medication to get thyroid hormone in normal range. This would get your problem solved...in case it's due to hormonal disturbance.
* loose stools can also be due to intestinal infections or infestations (bacterial, viral, amoebic, worms).. .These need to be found by stool examination... .followed by needful specific drugs to treat the cause.
*Food allergies like gluten allergy or lactose intollerance can cause it..Investigations to diagnose followed by specific medication&avoiding foods one is allergic to..would help.
**In this context you need to consult your family physician for primary evaluation followed by treatment OR referral to experts Endocrinologist/ gastroenterologist...as per need.
I hope Your query has been answered. & it helps you.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
