Question
I have this bump on my labia majora area and a bit of a discharge which I've had before the bump occurred. It is a bit sore, but only when rubbed against or touched. I do shave frequently, but I've never had this issue before. I am 20 and have been shaving a while so I don't think that's the issue. Please help.

Hello,
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is appearing like a furuncle, a bacterial infection.

Please start some antibiotic and apply oint mupirocine thrice daily for 5 days.

The pus will soon point and drain, you dont need to worry much.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

Thank you

Thanks for follow up,
Cefalosporins will be a good option but I dont think you will get it without prescription in USA.
Please XXXXXXX a doctor and get a prescription.

Thank you
