I have slight redness at the tip of my penis around hole and very slight darkened discolouration. Had a very rough hand job 5 days ago with lubrication. Forskin was swollen for 8-12 hours but has returned to normal after placing skin in correct position No pain or itchyness.

Welcome to XXXXXXX
They are most probably related to the rough job.
The colour changes are phases of healing.
If the foreskin is tight, get a consult, otherwise there is nothing to worry.

Get well soon.
