Brief Answer:
Hernia needs correction---------------------------

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
The renal calculus needs no intervention except intake of plenty of oral fluids like water and fruit juices.
The small cysts too need no intervention.
The pain seems to be related to the hernia and it needs correction. Kindly consult a general surgeon.
Hope this helps,
Best regards
