Brief Answer:
Use topical antiseptic like Neosporin H.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The appearance of bumps after a nose piercing is commonly seen due to nickel allergy or a local infection in the area.
This can be taken care of by applying a topical steroid based antiseptic ointment like Neosporin H. Avoid touching the area repeatedly with bare fingers to avoid any infection in the area.
In case there is a discharge from the area then infection is likely and oral antibiotics may be needed for the treatment.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
