Had Premature Delivery. Having Depression, Irregular Periods And Breastfeeding. Precautions?
I had my period on april 4 2013 after my Delivery
this month Till now I didnt had my periods started,
Is it normal to have this reereugar periods after Delivery?
Please let me know in details,so that I am aware of this process.

He is a premature baby as he was born before 38 weeks.
He was in NICU for 25 days. Now he is at home.

• Whether Diaper use has any side effects on my baby?
• Should I use diapers or any other method?
• Can I make him sleep with me in bed?
• Can I massage him? If yes then how?
• Which cream or lotion I can use on my Baby skin to make it smooth on a regular basis?
• He is passing motion every 3-4 days, is it ok or need to consult doctor?sometimes he is having constipation also, please advice
• Should I clean his mouth every morning?If yes then how?
• Can I give him water to drink? If yes then how much?

Better to follow some contraceptive measure during this period.
-Leaking of amniotic fluid can occur due to premature rupture of membranes. That can occur due to infection, strenuous activity, excessive amniotic fluid etc.
-Usually diaper may not have side effects, if used properly and changed frequently.
-Better to use diaper only. Avoid continuous using, give some gap in between.
-Yes, you can make him to sleep with you. But keep additional cloth or small separate bed on your bed for him.
-Yes you can massage with baby oil. The procedure of massage will come with the pack.
-You can use any of the available brands in market, like Johnson's etc.
-Yes, if the consistency is normal no need to worry. Increase milk intake to reduce constipation.
-Yes, you can clean with your finger. Just wash your finger and gently massage the gums and clean tongue. Don't pour water in his mouth.
-No, only breast milk should be given.
