Brief Answer:
Partial bowels obstruction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms are caused by partial bowels obstruction. Due to Sometimes such junction gets narrow so the food can not flow freely. Adhesions can also be the reason of obstruction.
Partial bowels obstruction characteristic symptoms are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bloated abdomen, cramping.

I suggest you to visit your surgeon. Gastroscopy should be done at first. Second should be abdominal CT with oral contrast (enteroclysis). Another surgery seems to be necessary.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
