Brief Answer:
Several causes for loss of hair

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for the query

There are several reasons for hairloss and I am going to list out a few which could be seen at your age

1. Thyroid disorders
2. Age related hair loss
3. Certain hairlstyles like tight braiding of hair
4. Dyes, chemical treatments, bad brushes, blow dryers, and flat iron
5. Brushing too much and towel drying aggressively when the hair is wet.
6. Weight loss
7. Malnutrition and anemia
8. Stress
8. Irregular sleep cycle
9. Scalp infections and dandruff

The treatment for hairloss is the follwing
1. A healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables
2. A good daily routine consisting of physical exercises and balanced meals
3. Please visit a physician to rule out anemia and thyroid disorder
4. Applying Minoxidil on the scalp everyday helps stop hairfall, it is a time tested treatment and very effective
5. Keep you scalp clean, use a good shampoo to wash your hair atleast 3 times per week. You must use an anti dandruff shampoo if your scalp has dandruff

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Wishing you good health
