Good Evening Doctor,my Mother Got Operated In 2012 ,they Removed
Question: Good evening doctor,my mother got operated in 2012 ,they removed uterus and left ovary...
In XXXXXXX 2018 she had pain her stomach near ovaries part...so we had ultrasound test....the report says : right ovary 36×36 mm;evidence of well defined cyst of size 30×24 mm noted in right ovary with no internal separations /solid components impression:right ovarian simple cyst.
Now in may 2019 she had itching and she is allergic to certain foods...
In this month and now she has back pain and lower stomach pain left side...she does work and have good energy. .doctor need your suggestion what next to do....we want to visit gynaecologist now ..

I have read your concern and following is my opinion including answer of your questions as well.
For the gastric pain you can empirically take rabeprazole capsule for week.
It's advisable to avoid foods to which you are allergic.
Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach, so can be included in lunch also.
Avoid gastric irritants like excess spicy foods, excess tea, coffee etc.
The back pain can be due to ovarian cyst. However you have to check your serum vitamin 25(OH) D as well for further work up.
The ovarian cyst on right side is small and purely Benign. It can be follicular cyst like simple cyst also. So You should be prescribed contraceptive pill for 1 month.Additionally I suggest you repeat ultrasonography of abdomen to check size of cyst.
Mostly with pills cyst will be resolved in one month.
If cyst doesn't resolve maximum in three months than laproscopy removal of cyst can be done.

sir the ultrasound test done in 2018 XXXXXXX and it's been one year now.my mother is experiencing the pains sir...please tell me the best suggestion
