Hello,
Thanks for writing again.
It seems that they are suspecting Parsonage XXXXXXX syndrome or cervical radiculopathy. Since a nerve root compression is likely, it is best to consult a neurologist at the earliest for proper management.
The nerve related symptoms are best if treated early and complete recovery is possible with the help of proper treatment.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
