Question: For three months now I’ve been dealing with loss of appetite, extreme fatigue and exhaustion, weakness, episodes of nausea and diarrhea, brain fog, light headed when going from sitting to standing. It’s worst in the morning and tends to get a little better late at night. I’ve been to the emergency room three times, to my GP several times, and to my GI doc. I’ve had multiple blood tests, urinalysis, CT scan of my abdomen, and the hydrogen/methane breath test. So far, I’ve gotten no answers.

I sleep pretty well, drink lots of water, I take 5,000 IU of vitamin D everyday. Stress, sure there’s been some, but it doesn’t seem like it should be something that would totally shut my body down.
