Question: For the last few days,I have increasing mild cramping, spot bleeding, moderate lower back/hip pain and large amount of heavy/ fullness with dull unlocalized pain in my vaginal area, intermittent sharp cervix stabs, puffy/swollen lymph nodes in my vaginal area and upper inner thighs. No pain with voiding but intermittent mucus (could be vaginal) and mild pain/burning after urination that subsides within an hour.

I have not looked in this much detail until now, but I do not recall my vagina looking like this and I am unsure if this is normal age changes or something more. My vaginal skin seems to have developed longitudinal lines, skin colored bumps, a few blue and red mucus spots and a large skin tag type bump. Inside looks like latitude lines and odd appearance/mucus. I also notice a large growth in or around the anus but the pictures are not great and I had a fissure and skin tag diagnosed 2 years ago. I have a colonoscopy scheduled in a week to further evaluate that area.%C2%A0I had a routine OBGYN exam and negative Pap less than a month ago but I am not sure if this was present then or not.

I am unsure if this part is related, but i have also had a one year history of head pressure/migraine, dizziness, vomiting, eye infections, puffy eye lids, and ear pressure with drainage at night or laying flat that is negative for an ear infection and negative on CT scan of the eye orbits.

My scalp has similar more scattered bumps and I had an episode 2 weeks ago where I was woken by a sharp stab in the top of my head, picture attached. It bled, left a scratch and scab but I didn%E2%80%99t scratch it. I don%E2%80%99t have a creepy crawling feeling and have never seen any bugs other than flies, but I did have a wide/long bump on my scalp from the middle of the forehead back that quickly subsided after the stabbing episode. Luckily, I got a picture when it happened, which is attached. I have a constant feeling of something falling/jumping off me but I have not seen anything more than skin flakes, oily secretions, salt like granular and tons of hair, but I do experience random sensations of walking through a cob web and small drops of fluid, but no source or validation of the sensation (ie. A cob web or wet spot).

I have a history of PCOS, one secession birth 10 years ago and two VBAC births, negative HIV and STD history.%C2%A0 I also have a history of Babesia 10 months ago, Gastric Bypass in 2012, Spinal cord dura repair in 2011, shingles 2010 and red 2019, military sexual assault/PTSD in 1999. %C2%A0

I have high SIgA in the 400%E2%80%99s, high RDW, RBC, low iron, low ferritin, (regardless of iron supplemented), consistently low or borderline low lymphocytes, specked pattern ANA 1/80 with negative tests for all associated autoimmune disorders (connective tissue disorders, etc). I tested negative for parasites via stool 2 months ago, however due to the urine mucus, my doctor ordered a parasite urine test I will submit as soon as possible. I had a normal CT abdominal scan last week and abnormal biopsy of my arm, where I have had a rash on both arms for 1 year that changes from light pink to bright red with either heat or sweat. The rash has a spiral-like appearance wrapping around my upper arms, the report is attached.

Never the less, I am most concerned about my vagina and secondarily scalp, I assume are related. I am horrified to go back to the doctor to ask if this is normal or not, as I just had an OBGYN appointment and I have so many other things on-going and other symptoms still in the process of being worked up. I also have concerns that if this is a systematic issue, the fragmented specialty departments will never find it because they are only concerned with presentations and symptoms within their specialty scope. On top of the fact that my primary care doctor has limited access to order testing and bloodwork, as the HMO is guiding the work-up.

Review, Advice, possible diagnosis, and/or direction to get one is very much needed and appropriated.

I should also add that I was treated for Babesia with antimalarials, Alinia, and Ivermectin for over ten months. I would assume anything suspectable to the meds would be long gone. I originally tested positive on IGM babesia Duncani and was cleared with a negative IGG test from a subpar lab, which has always bothered me because I never tested positive on the IGG in the first place, so why would that test clear the infection. I had a change of doctors and insurance during this time frame and the two doctors did not agree with each other. I have not taken any antiparasitic drugs in about 3 months. I tested negative on a standard OVA parasite stool test a few weeks ago, however, they did indicate white blood cells on the Giardia slide results.

I did start a prescription biofilm treatment, bismuth subnitrate a few days before the onset of my vaginal symptoms. It was prescribed pre-testing and treatment of a yellow sticky biofilm covering almost all of my skin. All of these reasons are why I am suspicious a parasite might be the cause of the prolapsed vagina. However, at least here in California, a parasite is not the first thought in diagnosis and many doctors are not educated in simple identification. For all those reasons, lead me here for hopefully a more educated/experienced review.
