During sex I get a heart beat and whooshing sound in my left ear, as soon as my heart rate goes down it stops, is this something I should be worried about? This has been happening for over 1 year.

Thanks for your query to XXXXXXX
I understand your worry.
During sex, there is an increase in the heart rate.
This and the previous ear problem together can cause the feel.
This is not a disease and there is no need to worry.
Kindly revert back for doubts if any,

Wishing you good health,
