Brief Answer:
You can go ahead with donor egg IVF

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about failed IVF cycles.

Following is my reply:

1) Failed IVF is not related to anti thyroid antibodies or low vit. B3.

2) Most probable reason could be that your embryos were not good due to age factor.

3) You can continue steriods.

4) Donor IVF would be best option . You can go ahead with treatment.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Brief Answer:
Opt for blastocyst transfer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1) Yes. Quality of embryo may not be great.

2) These measures you got from internet wont help much. More over as I said anti thyroid antibodies are not a problem.

3) Next procedure, you should opt for blastocyst transfer. Ask you doctor for blastocyst embryos this time.

4) You have good chances of pregnancy.

5) Even though sperm is good, eggs also matter. I suggest you go for blastocyst this cycle.

6) Let me know which hospital these IVF cycles are done and which hospital will be next IVF done.
