Hello!
Thanks for query.
Masturbation does not harm sexuality.
Healthy diet and regular exercise can improve your physical fitness along with sexuality.
Hormone supplement or drugs are not necessory for you.
Avoid excessive masturbation and stress. This will help you to solve your problem.
If you have any more query please let me know.
Thank you.

Hello

I apologize if my previous answer was not convincing. Let me try today.

Masturbation by itself does not cause any health problems. However many young men without previous sexual intercourse report of loss of libido, premature ejaculation and even erectile dysfunction after overdoing masturbation. You also seem to notice discoloration and watery consistency of semen.

I suggest you to get semen analysis and serum testosterone levels done. This can help to asses exact cause of loss of libdo and premature ejaculation.

Specific treatment can done based on the test results.

In the meanwhile as suggested above, continue with healthy diet, regular exercise and healthy life style.

Hope this answers your queries. Reply if you have more queries.

Regards

Hello!
Thanks for reply.
Minimum of one hour moderate to heavy exercise and high protein diet can help you to increase your physical fitness.Soya or whey protein powders are available in market .You can consume 2-3 eggs per day.
You can consult with dietician for detail diet chart.
Dr.P.K. Rathor (echo diagnostic ,magalabag,CUTTACK) is a well known physician practicing andrology. You can consult with him.He will be available daily after 8pm.
Hope I cleared your all doubts.
