Brief Answer:
No, it is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Remembering dream is normal and it does not indicate that you are having deep sleep or light sleep.

Actually sleep has two phases
1. Deep sleep- We do not remember anything from this stage of sleep
2. REM sleep- Dreams occur in this stage and we are able to remember them.

Occurrence of dreams is normal and they occur to all of us. For some person they occur rarely but for others they are very frequent.

So to conclude you need not to worry about your dreams.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Brief Answer:
PSG will tell you about it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

If your sleep is refreshing one that mean you have normal sleep which includes right mix of both stages.
In our life both REM and deep sleep is required and no body can manage with absence of one.

If you are really want to know your percentage of both REM and deep sleep Polysomnography (PSG) is option.
In this test you can get complete details of your sleep architecture which includes percentage of both deep and REM sleep.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards
