Though hot flashes are commonly seen in women, men also get hot flashes. They can get in Andropause, which is male menopause. This is due to severe testosterone deficiency.

Please consult an Endocrinologist who is nearby to you and get the hormone levels tested, he can suggest you hormone supplements accordingly.
