If you had already purchased Nuforce you can use it thrice a day. If not I find NEOSPORIN ointment better with broad antibacterial spectrum. In addition every 4 hours you can apply ALOE VERA gel over the razor cut marks.
Do not be harsh with soap as well.

No order of discharge but somettime it smells like papaya.
