Brief Answer:
It is justified to have oral yeast infection due to low immunity !!!

Warm Welcomes. I appreciate your trust in HCM and assure you are on best portal on the globe for expert online medical services.
I have thoroughly reviewed health query you raised, and well realize all of those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

I feel sorry for all the health issues you have. Letrozole may cause sore throat itself as a side effect. Letrozole also causes a lowered immunity of the body thus may aggravate or make the oral thrush resistant to usual remedies. You mentioned to have an oral yeast infection after antibiotics use. Nystatin Rincinol is good to take for oral thrush and helps in most of the patients.

Use of dentures also is a cause for oral thrush. For oral thrush that is resistant to topical nystatin I usually prefer to go for 'Clotrimazole Troches' and if that also fails, or the patient is nonadherent due to frequent dosing, then I usually go for 'FLuconazole Oral administration'. Almost all patients of oral thrush respond to Oral Fluconazole. You may consult your treating Physician for the same as these are prescription medications and also needs caution before starting them as they may cause liver or kidney function derangements if not monitored. So, avoid self medication.

It is natural to have a yeast infection of the mouth with lowered body immunity as happens due to use of antibiotics. Oral cancer can present as:
Painful ulcers.
A growth on the oral mucosa.
buccal mucosal ulceration and bleeding.
Dental erosion.
Involvement of the jawbones.
Dryness and pain in mouth.
White or red patch inside mouth.
Non-healing ulcers or lumps in mouth.

Hope I addressed all the concerns you have. Let me know if you have further questions. I will be more than happy to clear any doubts. Please give your 'rating' (if agreed, Five Stars) to help me assist patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to click on 'Close The Discussion'.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in start of your questions at this forum & I will be with you in no time).
