Brief Answer:
Start medicine from today.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for updated information.

1) I suggest you to take the medicine (Duphaston) with prescribed dose from TODAY and continue the same till you want to delay your period (15 days).

2) You will get your period like withdrawal bleeding within 5 to 7 days after cessation of the medicine and first bleeding will be D1 of your next cycle.

3) Ovulation occurs approx 14 days prior to next cycle date. There will be slight deviation of ovulation or fertile period due to hormonal imbalance. However, you should involve in unprotected sex from D8 to D16 of next cycle to maximize chance of conception.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.

Brief Answer:
Stop taking from 23rd May.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query.

Withdrawal bleeding or exact period date following intake of hormonal medicine is quite unpredictable.

Most of the women get their period within 5-7 days after cessation of medicine. Therefore, you can stop taking that medicine from 23rd May.

Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and take care.
