Does Intake Of Diclofen Help In Delaying Menstruation?

Question: Does diclofenac delay your period. My period is 5 days late for the first time, I had a very bad back injury 5 days ago.

DICLOFENAC per se cannot delay menses but yes physical stress in itself in form of injury can cause a delay in menses. So your menses may be delayed even for a week to 10 days. Please be patient and wait. Use barrier contraception till the menses arrive.

What about NSAIDs in general? I was put on two different kinds and given a steroid shot as well.

No, Steroids or NSAIDS don't delay periods at all, they may decrease the quantum of bleeding but not cause irregularity.The delay is due to stress induced hormonal imbalance.
So please wait for another 5 days at least.
