Brief Answer:
No barrier, you need some anti depressant medicine and/or CBT

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Anyone who can access this website can use this service.

Adderall is used for attention deficit disorder. Ruminating about failures, difficulty in planning and prioritizing suggest some depression or anxiety problem. In that case medicines and psychotherapy will help.

In medicines SSRI group of medicines are quite helpful.
In psychotherapy CBT- cognitive behaviour therapy is quite useful.
Group talk therapy may help up to some extent but not as much effective as CBT/medicines.
You can discuss this aspect with your treating doctor and decide further strategy.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
