Question: Is sucking nipples of girl is any harmful for girl or on her nipples and playing with her breast cause any disease

Actually, my mother tolds me that foreplay with breast or nipples its lead to cancer or any damage the tissues of breast. When my husband touch my breast or play with nipples or breast,it pains but not always but sometime it pains, so i was tensed. Is playing with breast will increase my breast size?.
