Question: sir i am doing handjob(masturbation)since form 1 year i get lower back pain.so how i can improve my strengths,stamina pls suggest me which type of food i take so that pain is curbale permannetly

Firstly you should try to avoid doing handjob.

Have fresh fruits in diet like pomegranate, banana, apple etc. You should also add dry fruits to your diet, if you are non veg then add fish to your diet.

Go for morning walk daily. Regular exercise like swimming, cycling, yoga, etc also helps in building strength.

For pain management you can take
-tab. aceclofenac twice a day or SOS,
tab. methylcobalamine at night, this can also decrease your habit of handjob.

Apply hot packs over back in morning and evening.

Get your blood calcium and vitamin D levels checked.
