Question: Hi dr i have a problem my boyfriend is an alchohic and from this past week his erection goes before we have sex is this to do with his drinking

Hi and welcome to HCM.

This can be caused by alcohol drinking and probably is. But also, alcohol can be just a consequence of some emotional or psychological disorder and erection problems may be related to these disorders too. So he needs psychotherapy first and if caused isn't identified then he should visit urologist and do further tests to rule out some organic causes of erection issues.

But he does have an erection but it goes before intercourse im getting very worried

Well,it is normal to have erection before intercourse starts,but it is not normal to have ejaculation.

Get him to consult a urologist.
