Brief Answer:
Visit your doctor if you are symptomatic...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Chocolates has stimulant properties and in some individuals the stimulant effects can cause physical symptoms. However the stimulant effects need not necessarily lead to concerning complications.

In your case, perhaps your symptoms are again benign in nature and should resolve gradually. Are you alright now? - If are still symptomatically feel the fluttering and palpitation it would be worthwhile to visit a doctor. Deep breathing exercise might also prove to be beneficial.

Hope this helped.

Brief Answer:
We need not be concerned...

Detailed Answer:
I am quite happy to know you are better. I think this fluctuation will settle down once you are calm and relaxed.

If you love chocolates, you can try small bits of chocolates. Avoid large ones though.

Practice deep breathing exercises, yoga and transcendental meditation techniques. They help in keeping heart rate stable and avoiding minor palpitations in future.

Hope this helped. If you have no more questions, please close this discussion.
