Question: Does and How does Marcaine injections cure peripheral neuropathy. Is it just a nerve block or as the medical office states it opens up the pathway for treatment for peripheral neuropathy

I have to say unfortunately that marcaine doesn't affect the pathologic process causing the neuropathy, it doesn't cure it. It only blocks the pain signals, it is an anesthetic. I am sorry if you were hoping otherwise.
