Relpax is a brand name for a drug called Eletriptan, used usually for treatment of migraine attacks. Its aim actually is to alleviate headache and nausea, not to cause it. However there is a small percentage of patients, about 5% in which it may have headache or nausea as a side effect.

As for what you call "zips" I am sorry but I am not aware of any drug named that way and searching the internet doesn't give any result either, so can't say whether it causes headache or nausea. Perhaps you have misspelled it, please check again.
