No Relief After Taking Relpax Twice For Migraine. Can I Take Tramcet?

I have taken Relpax 40 mg Fri 10:00 pm and 40 mg Sat 4:00 pm for migraine. I am wondering if it is wise to take Tramcet 325mg/37.5 mg now as I still have migraine? I find the Relpax stops the headache & nausea. Tramacet stops the headache for longer period of time. Thanks for your assistance.
