Question: Does Rancad affect blood sugar in case of diabetic patient under Glipzide and Metformin treatment.
I have started taking Ran cad and find that I require lesser dose of Glipzide and sugar level variation s are more.

Dear Sir, hi! RANCAD 500mg, is an anti anginal medicine with no anti glycemic effect directly. Glycemic variation and decreased dose requirement of glipizide is co incidental.
Better metabolic control , better blood pressure control, may be contributing to better glycemic control.
I would advise more regular meals, regular exercise, and regular check up for better management.
