Brief Answer:
Side effects of ATT mild and controllable

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

A complete course of drugs called anti-tubercular treatment (ATT) is prescribed for tuberculosis.
ATT is quite safe however, potential side effects are known to occur.
There are certain points which have to be kept in mind to avoid side effects:
1. Maintenance of good nutrition while taking ATT
2. Getting regular liver function tests as well as renal function tests
3. Gastrointestinal disturbances are common due to effect of ATT, however, the effect is temporary and it disappears after some time
4. Pregnancy should be planned during ATT

CIN 1 is a lesion of cervix unrelated to tuberculosis.
CIN 1 should be followed by regular Pap test to look for further progression or regression.
