Need to measure blood pressure in both position 1. while standing.2. while sleeping.

Just take care that you do not get up suddenly from bed.

1. sit in bed for 2 min.
2. hang your leg down from bed without touching the floor 2 min.
3 then get up slowly.

Follow this and it will help in imbalance.
